A fresh loaf of sourdough bread (straight from the market first thing in the morning), a lemon-artichoke spread, Tomato raisins, an excellent jam, an olive tapenade, labneh cheese with olive oil and za’atar, goat gouda, charcoal brie cheese that comes with pistachio biscotti and salted toffee caramel (don’t worry, there is a recipe for when you realize you can’t live without it), salanova lettuce studded with roasted almonds and dried mango (a perfect salad, you’ll see), pistachio halva, Miasi (an addictive peanut snack), rosemary crackers and also Abadi crackers. For the sweet tooth, find a pack of delicious pralines, a very chocolatey Jerusalem rugelach, roasted hazelnuts covered in chocolate halva, and a mixed berry fruit roll-up. There is a set of enamel plates included and a checkered tablecloth for a true picnic feel.
