Box from Jerusalem is a Jerusalem based small family business.
The business was founded by Chen and Alon Koren, a mixed couple (religious and secular) both taking an active role in connecting the different and diverse factions in Israel.
Chen and Alon have four children: Beeri (8), Shaked (5), Amalia (3) and Refael (2).
Both grew up in the surroundings of the Gaza strip: Chen is from moshav Sharsheret, Alon is from kibbutz Kfar Aza (this particular kibbutz was one of the most affected ones in the recent attack. About 60 people were brutally murdered, 17 were kidnapped and 3 are still missing.)
The days here aren’t easy and a wave of uncertainty has taken over everyone.
We don’t know what the future holds, but we are praying for good things to come, doing everything in our power to bring some goodness.
